Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between sales and operations to
ensure complete customer satisfaction as well
as sales operations excellence
- Responsible for the daily coordination of:
- Scheduling route coverage
- Ensure coverage of all routes daily (pull emergency
route when necessary)
- Arrange for extra help on heavy days
- Special events needs
- Resets/Displays
- Vacation/sick/personal days
- Hire, train and motivate temporary help for
swing/utility drivers and part-time
merchandisers
- Maintain high quality of service and customer
satisfaction
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience
- Food/beverage industry experience a plus
- Strong leadership, communication and time management
skills are essential
- Strong customer service focus
