Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities
as well as managing and growing existing
accounts
- Cold calling on potential new accounts
- Work with the managers to develop strategies to
out-execute competition at the store level
- Work with the managers to develop sales strategies for
particular accounts
- Maintain high quality of service and customer
satisfaction
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years retail/grocery experience
- Strong operations understanding
- Direct store development management experience
- Understanding of DSD system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage
multiple tasks
- Strong leadership, communication and time management
skills are essential
- Ability to shift priorities
- Ability to be persistent
- Must be results oriented
- Strong customer service focus
