Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for insuring the marketplace execution of
all sales programs and plans, for the retail,
on premise and vending
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team
- Insure marketplace standards are executed and
maintained (i.e. displays)
- Develop strategies to out execute competition at the
store level
- Develop sales strategies for particular accounts
- Develop monthly sales objective for the sales force
- Set sales force quotas
- Assist the sales force with sales at the store level
- Responsible for sales representative analysis and
performance reviews
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- 7-10 years retail/grocery experience
- Strong operations understanding
- Direct store development management experience
- Managing multiple sales representatives
- Sales experience needed
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to
manage multiple tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong motivational and leadership skills
- Ability to shift priorities and see the "big picture"
- Strong customer service focus
