Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for supervising the warehouse,   truck loading, and transportation operations - Responsible for the truck loading and overseeing   outbound shipments - Implement and maintain inventory controls - Maintain high quality of service and customer   satisfaction
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Bachelor's degree required - 3-5 years experience in the following areas preferred:   operations, logistics, transportation,   distribution, warehousing - An engineering background is helpful - Ability and experience solving logistic and traffic   problems and offering strategies - Food/beverage industry experience a plus - Ability to work flexible schedule - Strong leadership, communication, and time management   skills are essential - Ability to read and develop others - Strong customer service focus
