Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with, and sell strategic
consulting services to major corporations in
the Atlanta market
- Initiate sales process with senior level management
and lead Human Resources professionals
- Drive market development for consulting services with
a long sales cycle
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelors degree required, graduate degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop key
accounts
- Demonstrated ability to solicit and develop new
business directly and through team selling
- Ability to generate creative marketing initiatives
- Proven skills in negotiating and closing transactions
- Executive presence and a high level of business acumen
- Experience in the HR function is preferred
- Experience with personal consultative selling to
senior management
