Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for securing profitable new business by   bringing in new customers, expanding   relationships with existing customers, and   managing relationships with existing customers   to ensure satisfaction - Plan, coordinate, and implement effective sales plans - Manage implementation of all new accounts to ensure   smooth transitions and customer satisfaction - Responsible for expanding relationships with Current   CORD Customers by maximizing customers' use of   current programs and services and also   identifying additional CORD customers - Coordinate the communication with other Specialty   businesses - Must provide quarterly recap of profitability, as well   as news and information to customers - Responsible for soliciting input from customers on new   services
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Minimum 4 year degree required; MBA a plus - Five years or more work experience in sales required;   marketing experience also a plus - Health care experience a plus - Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills   required - Must posses strong performance skills: leadership,   organizational skills, and creative   problem-solving skills
