Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations for the   look, style, and feel of the product. - Development of new clothing lines for future growth - Responsibility for dress / casual pant styles - Maintain open interaction with mills and new product   development - Report to Vice President of Merchandising - Develop and manage relationships with other functions,   agencies, and vendors
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - 5-8 years experience with a minimum of 4 years in   product development - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience is   required - Previous experience in slacks / pant industry - Ability to form and maintain effective working   relationships - Must have an innovative personality and ability to   adapt well to change - Knowledgeable of distribution channels - Working knowledge of piece goods shipping
