Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Leading the fabric softener product development effort
- Providing leadership and management of projects of
medium complexity with little or no supervision
- Developing new technologies with participation of
others, but little guidance from supervisor
- Providing creativity and ingenuity in the selection
and evaluation of solutions to technical problems
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelors degree in a related field, plus a minimum of
10 years of related work experience; or
- Masters degree in a related field and 3 to 6
years related experience; or
- PhD with 3 years related experience
- Strong organization, communication, presentation
and interpersonal skills are required (presentations
to senior management are a requirement for this position)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a
team-based environment is a must
