Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Will interface with cross-functional teams from
Manufacturing, Marketing, etc.
- Introduce new products in a pilot plan environment for
subsequent roll-out to full production facility
- Research and evaluate improvements to existing
products
- Initiate patent activity to protect new products
- Keep abreast of new developments, materials or
processes for use in adaptations to company
products
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Must have one of the following backgrounds:
- PhD in food science and 2-3 years in food or consumer
products
- Masters degree and 4-7 years in food consumer products
- BS Chemical Engineering and 5-8 years in food or
consumer products
- A minimum of 2 years in technical design of new
products or processes
- Must be creative, analytical thinker
