Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage client-site performance improvement and change
management engagements
- Effectively manage the performance of project staff
and aspects of project execution
- Build a strong working relationship with client
management
- Ensure quality of project deliverables and services
maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with established methodologies
and procedures
- Provide guidance to client management in project execution
- Promote new business development and showcase the
company's product technologies
- Represent the firm as on-site client contact
- Interact with Project Executive, client, and team members
on project status and direction
- Select, train, develop, motivate and discipline assigned
personnel to maintain effective and efficient
project teams
- Analyze the progress and the effectiveness of all projects;
provide input for revenue and expense forecasts
- Ensure project quality and meet all budget and
timing requirements
- Stay current on developments in information technology
and in the banking and finance industry
- Identify opportunities to generate new business
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is required and
an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
- 7+ years of management consulting experience in
manufacturing or pulp and paper industry
- Leadership, negotiation, and shop floor management skills
- Team building and project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of systems development, physical and
logical modeling as relates to consumer products
manufacturing
- Ability to conduct effective presentations and
communicate with executive management on
technical level
