Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, customization and debugging of
financial software packages
- Analyze the client's financial processes, procedures and
performance levels to identify areas needing improvement
- Assess work flow and executive job analysis to determine
what areas the package implementations will impact
- Work with all levels of client management to ensure smooth
transition during system implementation
- Prepare and present proposals to decision makers outlining
steps to be taken for initial needs analysis, roll-out
strategies and implementation systems
- Demonstrate the improved efficiency, ease of use, and cost
savings the implementation of financial systems can provide
- Support the marketing of consulting services to existing and
prospective clients
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Minimum bachelor's degree and advanced degree in a related
field is preferred
- Experience with one of the following software packages is
preferred: SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle
- Experience with client-server systems architecture is a plus
- Ability to evaluate data and make decisions independently
- Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships
with all management levels
- Self confident with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
