Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - The candidate will have ABM knowledge in some of the   following areas: - ABM tools used to evaluate activity performance: - Value Analysis (Analyzes activities to determine the   value added) - Cost Driver Analysis (Identifies root cause of change   in performance of activity) - Operating Performance Measure (defines performance   measures for operations) - Process/Activity Analysis Software tools (eg. Visio,   ABC Flowchart, Hyper ABC, - Summit Software, PW's Activa tool, Milton Merle, etc.) - ABM Modeling experience should include some mixture of   the following: - Simple Cost and Profitability Modeling (Creates   single-dimension S/W model) - Multi Dimensional Cost and Profitability Modeling   (Creates physical S/W model) - Enterprise Wide Cost and/or Profitability Modeling   (Helps Build technical architecture to support   Enterprise-side ABM cost/profit system eg.,   data warehouse.) - Process Modeling (models relationship between   activities and process.) - Output Analysis - Strategic Analysis (Analyzes results of ABC cost   and/or profit modeling.) - Value Analysis (Analyzes activities within a business   process which add value.) - Cost Analysis (Identify opportunities for greatest   cost reduction potential.) - Target Costing (How to use ABC information to design   products to meet a cost)
