Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Serve as Account Manager for major Pharmaceutical
clients
- Provide in-depth analysis of information technology
products
- Analyze client's processes, procedures and performance
to identify improvements
- Prepare and present proposals
- Lead project teams
- Provide strategic information systems analysis and
recommendations to clients
- Manage information technology solutions from startup
and design through implementation
- Demonstrate the improved efficiency, ease of use and
cost savings the implementation of financial
systems can provide
- Sell consulting services to existing and prospective
clients
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree in related
field preferred
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to lead large (20+) project teams
- Demonstrated project management and leadership
experience
- Ability to develop relationships and interface
effectively with all levels of management
- Experienced in pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industries
- Experienced in implementation of financial systems
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing operations
- Knowledgeable regarding FDA Compliance and validation
- APICS Certification a plus
- Experienced in package implementation and custom
development
- Experience with client/server systems a plus
- Experienced in one or more of the following: Oracle,
SAP, QAD, Consilium, Sybase, DB2
- EDI and electronic commerce experience a plus
