Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Overall responsibility for the sales function of a   leading edge software consulting company - Complete P&L responsibility for the firm including   strategy, planning and execution of the sales   program - Utilize consultative leadership skills to communicate   expectations to sales force - Reassess and bulid a strong sales team to take the   company into the future - Provide leadership in developing creative sales   approaches - Anticipate industry technology direction and mainatin   proactive posture toward resulting sales   opportunities - Be part of the key three preson leadership team for   the company - Develop mechanisms to motivate and drive the sales   process through rewarding performers and   redirecting nonperformers - Forecast and meet specific revenue projections for   each quarter
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Four year degree with MBA preferred - A passion for technology and unshakable belief in its   value to business - Strong entrepreneurial attitide - Sales professional with experience in a complex   service environment - especially technology   delivery - Excellent communication skills with the ability to   relate to all levels of staff - High degree of organization skills - Excellent possess tactical client/sales skills
