Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with large chain
stores and hotels
- Manage existing account base to maximize customer
sales & satisfaction and minimize customer
complaints
- Implement current year pricing architecture and
execute annual and trimester deal creation
while communicating pricing and chain
development agreements
- Execute appropriate strategies within accounts to
increase sales volume
- Develop and lead merchandising strategy
- Responsible for managing and developing the sales team
- Responsible for all communication to the sales force
- Maintain high quality of service and customer
satisfaction
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years successful sales experience; including
strong sales negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of teh Los Angeles market
- Strong account management experience
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiencyin
interfacing with all levels of company

- Demonstrated profit & loss responsibility
- Proficiency in business planning
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
