Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for the development of marketing and   training programs   - Responsible for phone consultation with Reps:   analyzing objectives, recommendations,   educating and motivating   - Coordinating marketing materials and sales literature   - Responsible for teaching at conferences, participating   in programs and fulfilling responsibilities   - Monitoring insurance plan regulations: keep Reps and   staff current on changes and current issues   - Responsible for analyzing and comparing products as   they are introduced   - Responsible for marketing follow up: generating   illustrations and projects   - Follow up with attendees of special training programs:   i.e. Regional conferences, National conferences   - Contacting sponsors to follow up with new products,   sales ideas, concepts and changes   - Train individuals on insurance software
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred   - One to three years of industry experience required   - Possess good persuasiveness/sales abilities   - Must be able to express ideas effectively   - Customer service orientation and follow up skills   required   - Must be detail and quality oriented   - Strong organizational skills and the ability to self   manage projects a must   - Must maintain stable performance under pressure and   also work well with a group or team   - Proficient logical and analytical problem solving   skills required
