Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Implement the ACM Global Supply Chain recommendations
for redesigned processes and software enabling
tools
- Set development direction, model development, system
change coordination, and management of system
scope expansion to include suppliers,
international affiliates, and additional
distribution and customer data
- Guide the development of the General Supply Chain
Management Model, with coordination and
technical expertise in the areas of planning
and scheduling
- Coordinate and align the Supply Chain processes to the
business Unit General Managers objectives and
resources utilization, the JJHCS CRP Project,
the Presidents Council Distribution Startegy
and JJMI NSP objectives
- Develop and recommend future systems development
direction and prioritization with 12 and the
JJMI IM division
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- BA/BS with an emphasis on
analytical/mathematical/statistical areas
- Five plus years in Materials Management
- Experienced in Process Reengineering, Process
Improvement, Project Management, Data Analysis,
Statistical Process Control, Financial
Analysis, Customer Service, Conflict Management
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn the
12 GSCM software capabilities and potential
application areas
- Demonstrated leadership in change management, with a
wide knowledge of various business units
