Package	A cash compensation package typical of a start-up company, consisting of a six-figure base salary, and equity, in the form of incentive stock options with high upside potential
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Implementation of technology infinitives as required - Recognize expert in primary technology domain - Consult with senior members of client's management   team - Conduct technology assessments of projects with medium   sized bids and proposals - Ensure adherence to reuse and model architecture   strategy across all project within delivery   center - Develop technical architecture methodologies, training   plans, and metric that can be used in reuse   developmental efforts - Implementation of technology initiatives is required - Assist in the establishment and management of   technical relationship with key vendors - Assist in developing technology hiring and training   plan within delivery center - Implement reuse strategy within delivery center   Serve as mentor to technology personnel within delivery   center - Assist in defining technical architecture skills   required to support development process - Responsible for retention of technology personnel   within delivery center - Assist technology skills required to support company   strategies within delivery center
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Create technical architecture provided in proposals - Approve technical architecture and approaches provided   in proposals - Achieve 90% favorable customer references within   region - Achieve 90% favorable team references within region - Completeness and accuracy of reviews - Adherence to reuse and model architecture strategy on   all assigned projects - 100% on time employee performance evaluations for   assigned reviews - Knowledge and currency of technology
