Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Building a team that can produce both CD-ROM, internet   and intranet projects - Understand technical aspects that come with each   project and help to educate the creative teams   to best answer the clients objectives - Work with the Head of Delivery to develop the budget   for equipment and staffing - Work with Executive Producers (peers) from all offices   to understand what is going on through the   company - Work with the local Creative Director to help clients   understand objectives - Work with the Account Manager(s) to build a timeline   and flow chart of projects as well as budget   estimates - Make recommendations on staffing and equipment needs   for individual projects - Work with the Account Manager(s) to make sure that the   projects are being completed and client's   concerns are being addressed in a timely manner - Assist the design staff in creating a final project   that both functions properly and efficiently,   and which, at the same time, mainatins the   highest level of creativity - Continue to expand knowledge of additional software   programs and new technologies as they develop - Assist in leading the creative sessions and directing   the teams in creating the presentation when   pitching new business - Creation of interactive multimedia and internet   projects and management of teh schedule of   those projects
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Higly refined project management skills - 4-5 years project management experience in a large   systems integration company - Must be self-motivated and able to build and mainaitn   excitement - Must be a negotiator with excellent communication and   presentation skills - Advanced knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe   Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, SoundEdit 16, and   Macromedia Director and any other additional   resource programs would be valuable - Working experiencewith automated project management   tools (i.e. Micorsoft Project)
