Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Primary field contact for the CSC support staff for
all issues related to network servers, network
software, and the devices connected to LAN and
WAN
- Support day-to day LAN operations
- Provide training services to Network and HHC Users
- Maintain LAN Software and PC/HHC equipment
- Plan development and execution, and provide long-term
LAN planning
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- BA/BS required in Computer Science or related
discipline
- Minimium of 3 years relevant experience: Novell, UNIX,
Windows, Macintosh, NT
- Support and knowledge of file and e-mail servers,
routers and utilities
