Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Serve as Account Manager for major Biotech client
- Provide in depth analysis of information technology
products and functional software packages
- Analyze the client's processes, procedures and
performance levels to identify areas needing
improvement
- Assess work flow and executive job analysis to
determine what areas the performance
improvement projects will impact
- Prepare and present proposals to decision makers
outlining steps to be taken for initial program
needs analysis, program planning and
implementation, and roll-out strategies
- Demonstrate the improved efficiency, ease of use, and
cost savings the implementation of financial
systems can provide
- Sell consulting services to existing and prospective
clients
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Minimum bachelor's degree and advanced degree in a
related field is preferred
- Experience with one or more of the following products
is preferred: SAP, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, QAD, or
Consilium
- Experience with package definition and implementation
and client-server systems architecture is a
plus
- Large project/program management experience (20+FTE)
- Ability to evaluate data and make decisions
independently
- Ability to form and maintain effective working
relationships with all management levels
- Self confident with demonstrated leadership
capabilities
- Demonstrated sales experience in the
biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Effective oral and written communication skills
