Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
-Qualified candidates will be involved in the growth and
development of a state-of-the-art Information Technology
Center to support one of the world's leading fun food
manufacturers. The opportunities cover a wide range of
disciplines to include:
systems engineering, systems analysis,
software installation, workstation and
network configuration, building and maintaining
metadata dictionaries
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Installation and configuration knowledge of OS/2,
IBM LAN server, DB2/2
- Hands on experience with performance tuning
parameters and trade-offs in a multi-protocol
client server environment, including Netbios, TCP/IP,
APPN in a Token Ring environment
- Performance benchmarking methodologies
- Capacity modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Hands on experience using analysis tools for
CPU and memory utilization
