Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Install and customize SAP for Fortune 500 clients
- Assess work flow and execute job analysis to determine
what area the package implementation will impact
- Ensure training effectiveness and train employees in the
use and maintenance of the package
- Work with all levels of client management to ensure smooth
transition during system implementation
- Prepare and present proposals to decision makers outlining
steps to be taken for initial needs analysis, roll out
strategies and implementation systems
- Assists in demonstrating the cost saving potential of improved
efficiency
- Support the marketing of consulting services to existing and
prospective clients
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree and advanced degree in a
related field is preferred
- Experience installing or configuring one of the following SAP
R/3 modules or components:
FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, HR, PS, TR, PM, QM, BC, or ABAP/4
- Ability to evaluate data and make decisions independently
- Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships
with all management levels
- Self-confident with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
