Package	85-110K + bonus and stock options
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Customer Responsibilities: - Customer satisfaction, growth and profit of $2-4   million acount portfolio - Executive projects within common bid and proposal   processes - Provide strategic senior level customer leadership - Create long-term customer relationships and serve as   client's representative inside - Represent all service offerings to accounts - Maintain strong knowledge of customer's   industry/business - Support bid and proposal efforts by developing and   pricing proposals, negotiating and ssecuring   customer contracts - Participate in new business efforts intended to grow   portfolio or key accounts - Maintain customer contact database - Coordinate communications between sales and delivery   organizations   - Strategic Responsibilities: - Participate in regional sales and marketing strategy   planning - Develop and implement key account strategic plans - Provide input into the development and implementation   of consulting and other service offerings - Support corporate vision and implementation of company   strategies   - Human Resource Responsibilities: - Mentor the career growth of BDEs/PMs aspiring to have   Business Development Director roles - Participate in peer reviews - Submit staffing needs pertaining to pending key   account projects and proposals to Regional   Manager on a timely basis - Support recruiting process   - Authority: - Approve proposal pricing on deals within predefined   parameters of 500K or under; 500K requires   Regional Manager approval - Authorize key account non-billable travel expenditures
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Measurements: - Backlog, factored pipeline, average rates, close rate,   average deal size - 90% customer references - Recovery of 50% of sales costs - 100% completion of bid and proposal QA process - Ensure appropriate bid and proposal authorizations - 100% execution of customer contracts - Accuracy and timeliness of required reporting   (backlog, pipeline)
