Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Ability to work with latest modeling and geo   demographic systems - Preparation of competition update, trade area reports   and reviews - Work with demographic information and update from   local sources - Prepare sales forecasts for new site locations - Responsible for Real Estate presentation to Business   Development Committee - Explore network growth strategies
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - B.S. degree in Math Statistics or Marketing preferred - Strong GIS experience; MapInfo training preferred - Strong sales and gravity modeling experience - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and   leadership skills - Five to ten years experience or more - Knowledge of computer business application software   such as Excel
