Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage the annual salary planning process
- Perform competitive review
- Develop recommendation for Salary Structure and Merit
Budget
- Identify appropriate regional structures by work
location
- Integrate salary planning with performance management
process
- Manage the annual incentive administrative process
- Develop and communicate integrated timeline between
involved departments such as Field and National
Business Unit Human Resources (NBU HR),
Finance, Payroll and Corporate
- Act as process lead for Executive Incentive Plan (EIP)
administration
- Provide leadership to Field & NBU HR for
Middle-Management Incentive Program (MMIP)
- Coordinate bonus system design changes/adjustments
with information technology (IT) department
- Educate and support both Field & NBU HR on bonus
system
- Participate in compensation program design and
analysis
- Prepare job reviews and evaluations
- Conduct ongoing analysis
