Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Assessment, design, and execution of training needs
- Team effectiveness/culture work
- Develop materials for training programs executed on
the job site as opposed to in the classroom
- Develop supervisory and leadership training programs
- Develop training programs for technicians or
front-line performers
- Vendor management
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Broad skill-building experience (i.e., sales skills,
operational training)
- Bachelor's degree required (Masters preferred)
- Experience in corporate and/or consulting environment
- 6-12 years experience
- Problem solving skills
- Conflict and meeting management ability
- Ability to train in an empowered environment
