AREA RECRUITING MANAGER

Package
$65-75K Base plus 10-15% bonus
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Supervise all area office recruiting staff
- Insure that each candidate is treated with courtesy
and respect
- Maintain and protect candidate confidentiality
- Maintain high visibility of employee referral program
through creation and distribution of quarterly
bulletins, public recognition of employee
referrers, etc.
- Remain current in firm events, activities,
initiatives, methodologies, and positions
- Read and distribute other industry-relevant
information as appropriate
- Enhance and maintain knowledge base of general Human -
Resources issues, with emphasis on those
relating to employment
- Understand and insure full implementation of
established campus and experienced-hire
Recruiting processes
- Work in conjunction with other management personnel to
develop, implement, and modify (when necessary)
Area Office recruiting plan
- Monitoring and insuring that performance metrics for
all recruiting processes, campus and
experienced, are met
- Suggesting, planning, organizing, and implementing
various client-serving interview methods as
appropriate in each office (individual,
industrial interview days, level-based
interview days)
- Planning, executing, and monitoring full and effective
utilization of all recruiting sources
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Client service oriented
- Technically knowledgeable (technical background
preferred)
- B.S. Degree required
