Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for large organizational change projects
- Consults with units on organizational effectiveness
- Conducts Credo surveys and follows up with change
management plans
- Designs and supports implementation of HR systems
- Conducts team building and leadership development
- Works through a generalist to implement HR goals
- Manages the company's organizational development
consulting practices
- Supports the HR Directors in recruiting and selection
process
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- An advanced degree in the Behavioral Sciences
- A minimum of five years related experience
- A proven track record of successfully developing and
implementing orgnizational change
