Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for campus recruiting for the Los Angeles   area - Responsible for visiting major college campuses in   area including: USC, UCLA, UCI, ASU, and U of   A, to recruit candidates - Conduct initial interviews with candidates - Interface with candidates to assess their skills - Interface with hiring managers to assess skills needed   in campus hires - Responsible for deciding which candidates will move   forward and then arranging interviews with   consultants in the firm
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Bachelors degree required- MBA preferred - Minimum three years (4 - 5 years preferred) campus   recruiting or career services experience - Ability to interface with various personalities at   various levels - Strong time management and organizational skills   required - Entry or experienced hire technical recruiting   experience a plus - Self-motivated - Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
