Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for design, delivery and feedback loops of   the company "message" to employees - Responsible for answering the following questions:   "What business are we in?"   "Why do we run the business the way we do?"   "What are the implications of this strategy to our   investors, customers and employees?"   "What can each employee do to contribute to our mutual   success?"   "What's in it for each employee if we're successful?" - Responsible for designing "the message" which puts   substance to the previously mentioned questions - Delivery of the message through a variety of mediums   ranging from audio/video, Internet and employee   meetings - Maintaining a focus on the groups of employees ranging   from new hires to upgrade classes and ground   staff - Must perform annual and ongoing surveys as well as all   communications activity with anticipated   changes (profit sharing, policies and   operational changes, acquisitions, etc.)
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Minimum of five years experience in employee   communications and/or human resources with   primary focus on communications - Experience in a strong, customer-focused culture in a   highly decentralized environment - Must possess exceptional active listening skills - Strong written and oral communication skills are   required - Must possess key personal qualities including results   orientation, customer service orientation,   creativity and an ability to understand the   subtleties of building a corporate culture
