Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Management of the IS/IT recruitment process working
with hiring managers and contract recruiters
- Responsible for providing generalist support such as
job description development, sourcing
candidates, and the interviewing and offer
process
- Responsible for working with employees and managers to
resolve employee relations issues
- Must act as liaison between corporate compensation
department and IS function
- Assist with HR policy interpretation and application
- Responsible for attending IS staff meetings, career
development and succession planning
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelors Degree (Masters a plus)
- 5 - 7 years human resources generalist experience
- Experience working with IS/IT clients
- Technical Recruiting- sourcing, screening,
interviewing, competitive offers, etc.
- Compensation- creating job descriptions, working with
managers on compensation matters, fundamental
understanding of salary ranges and market pay
- Employee Relations Skills- progressive discipline,
performance management, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability
to influence others
