Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Work with HR outsourcing team leader(s) and others
within company, People AdvantEDGE and account
team members
- Provide HR outsourcing expertise and experience to
help develop and launch HR outsourcing/joint
venture deals
- Provide technical and process support
- Perform analysis of key issues and opportunities, and
help create value propositions and deal
structure
- Manage a team of consultant resources in sales and
deal launch situations
- Directly develop tools and methods to enable the above
- Assist in specific client transitions to new
outsourced environment
- Utilize HR service delivery competency to assist
project teams in HR reengineering or shared
services engagements
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Bachelors in HR, Finance or Accounting Systems,
Graduate degree a plus
- Need to be self-directed, motivated and able to work
effectively in teams
- Understanding and experience with Best-In-Class HR
Systems and/or corporate HR experience
- HR process outsourcing experience, strong financial
and process analysis skills
- Critical thinker and quick study, adaptable and
willing to work 'from scratch' and with
ambiguity
- Sales-oriented, self-starter
- Travel is expected, based upon how and where
opportunities develop
