Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Leader in the Human Resource outsourcing team and with
others in BTS, People AdvantEDGE and client
account teams
- Provide Human Resource service delivery and
outsourcing experience/expertise
- Provide technical, process and change management
leadership
- Team with coordinating partner and lead BTS
deal-designer to structure and sell the deal
- Identify key technical and process issues and
opportunities, and help create value
propositions
- Lead transferring staff from the client to build and
operate a profitable, high performance Human
Resources service and expertise center
- Responsible for service delivery and profits for the
new entity
- Provide Human Resource delivery competency to assist
other project teams in Human Resource
re-engineering or shared services engagements
- Travel is expected, based upon how and where
opportunities develop
- Need to be self directed and able to work effectively
in teams
- Need to be enthused about new service capability and
help champion it in the firm and marketplace
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- 15-30 years work experience
- Experience in selling and delivering Human Resource
Services
- Professional service firm experience
- Proven profit and loss management experience, change
agent/leader
- Bachelors degree essential in Human Resources, Finance
or Accounting, Management, Systems (minor)
graduate degree is plus, but not required
