Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and select qualified client-service
personnel for Management Consulting
- Coordinate the use of search firms, employment
agencies, advertising agencies and research
firms
- Assist in developing and implementing recruiting
strategies to meet the needs of the recruitment
effort for Management Consulting in Kansas City
and Denver
- Maintain efficient recruiting procedures and standards
to assure that the local area office attracts
and retains qualified personnel to meet
professional hiring needs
- Maintain knowledge of market factors such as
competitive compensation/benefits packages and
other market conditions at the staff, senior,
manager and senior manager levels
- Familiar with firm's compensation program and hiring
rates for local area office
- Participate in salary negotiations and feedback
between candidate and practice
- Maintain appropriate employment records and systems,
including but not limited to requisitions,
application forms, resumes, investigation
reports, etc.
- Support the use of the regional applicant tracking
system
- Utilize the preferred provider methodology relating to
employment vendors
- Maintain standardized vendor feed schedule for the
area
- Administer reference checks, background investigations
and other activities used to confirm applicant
information
- Coordinate with area, regional, and national
recruitment entities to achieve a one-firm
presence with the firm's outside recruitment
resources, i.e., BSA, search firms, etc.
- Participate in special experienced recruitment
projects
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Minimum of undergraduate degree
- Five years hands-on recruiting experienced
- Ability to manage self
- Understanding of technologies (software packages such
as PeopleSoft, Oracle, JD Edwards and SAP)
preferred
- Consulting experience/knowledge is a plus
