Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Create superior relationship with key client   executives to sustain a long-term, symbiotic   relationship - Proactively present new opportunities to clients that   deliver mutual value - Apply a comprehensive knowledge of the client's   industry and industry segments to define value   in terms of a competitive advantage and to gain   greater economic power for the client - Overall client satisfaction, growth and profitability - Establish and maintain a strategic relationship with   the client, working closely with the ERI   Delivery Organization, specifically the Project   Manager, to ensure job-by-job client   satisfaction and profitability - Responsible for generating new business as well as   maintaining established key accounts
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Demonstrated successful performance (i.e., revenue   growth, client satisfaction, profitability)   through 8 plus years as a senior business   executive in a service-oriented position - Expertise in one or more of the following:   marketing/marketing communications, corporate   training, systems integration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Management and/or mentoring skills - Ability to recognize when issues arise, assess the   best method for resolution, and handle the   situation diplomatically - Must be comfortable with technology and be able to   gather knowledge of the multimedia and Internet   industry while in the position - Flexible to work nights and weekends occasionally;   travel likely to be required - Knowledge of the creative, multimedia and Internet   development industry
