Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Maximizing the distribution center profitability and   return on investment while ensuring   personalized and superior service to customers - Ensure that financial performance objectives of the   distribution center are met and/or exceeded - Responsible for setting standards and directing team   to achieve goals - Review all required financial reports on a daily,   weekly or monthly basis - Responsible for selecting and maintaining qualified   personnel in all positions - Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures   to ensure the safety of employees and assets - Provide a positive work environment where all   employees are treated fairly and courteously - Work closely with sales team to ensure customer   satisfaction and positive implementation of new   customers - Responsible for budgeting appropriately for new   business
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Bachelor's degree required - Two to four years wholesale distribution experience - Profit and loss experience required - Well-developed management skills a must - Strong financial and computer skills
