Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Must consider the Federal Specialty Service Group   (FS2) as a new delivery system for tax ideas   - Must be familiar with the products and processes and   also be on the lookout for clients who will   benefit from them   - Responsible for projects that cross all industry lines   and many functional/technical areas   - Must be familiar with the products as this firm has   more than two dozen FW2 Products to offer to   clients   - The products (ideas which require significant   implementation) come from many sources, but are   packaged by National Tax and local FS2 groups   into action-intensive detailed project charters   and work plans
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Bachelors degree required   - Three to five years of Tax Products Management   experience required for Manager position   - Seven plus years experience required for Senior   Manager position   - Management consulting skills a plus, as this group   borrows heavily from the firm's management   consulting skills that focus on large   team-based projects   - FS2 Groups are active in all Area offices across the   country, including the Southwest area   - Strong communication and organizational skills   required
