Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for planning the scope of audits -   performing both compliance and operational   audits - Must be able to test compliance with company policies,   directives, internal controls, applicable   government regulations, and contract terms with   generally accepted accounting principles - Develop and document audit issues - Responsible for working with management to develop   action plans and then follow up on the   implementation of the plan - Identify and communicate any business process   inefficiencies or operational issues observed   while performing audits, and then recommend   appropriate solutions - Develop a knowledge of controls and procedures as well   as an in-depth understanding of the assigned   audits - Determine compliance with the company's policies and   procedures
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - Bachelors degree required - Two to three years audit experience required - Must possess excellent written and verbal   communication skills - Strong computer skills a must - CPA a plus - Must be willing to travel extensively
