Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                                 - Responsible for coordinating and analyzing annual   operating profit plan - Support expense forecasting tools and standards as   well as initiating long-range financial   planning and forecasting - Monitor expenses and perform detailed trend and   variance identification and justification - Integrate financial and operating reporting to provide   meaningful management information - Responsible for indentifying opportunities and   establishing expense reduction initiatives - Must identify areas for process and business   improvements and implement action plans - Identify opportunities for automation and technical   enhancements - Perform capital budget analysis and preparation - Perform business issue analysis and develop models to   support analysis - Provide internal consulting to operating divisions - Interface with corporate finance/accounting and   support their requirements
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred                                                                 - MBA required - Finance background, re-engineering or process   improvement experience and good business sense   required - Automation and/or operation improvement background   required - Must possess ability to synthesize complex issues into   concise recommendations - Must be able to demonstrate successes as a "go-to"   contributor - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Very strong computer skills a must
