Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a company wide
compliance program
- Interpretation of regulations
- Interface and negotiate with federal, state and local
government agencies
- Analyze the impact of environmental compliance on
proposed projects
- Training of other employees
- Management of compliance at multiple facilities
Credentials / Knowledge / Skills Preferred
- Minimum BS in Engineering (with environmental
experience) or Environmental Science
- Minimum seven years environmental experience with a
strong emphasis on air quality issues such as
Title V and other related environmental laws
and regulations
- Corporate compliance program development and
management experience
- Experience managing compliance at multiple locations
- Industrial Experience preferred, consulting or agency
experience considered
- Development and execution of negotiation strategies
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Self motivated, high performer
