1. Client Evaluation
Getting to know you - we gather information about the company, future growth, current requirement, goals, culture and your competition.
2. Target List
Information is obtained from targeted companies and candidates from a wide variety of resources including the Internet, direct competitors, directories, databases (including our own), referrals and professional associations.
3. Name Generation
Our team of researchers will provide us with individuals most likely to be qualified for the targeted position. During this approach we also identify one organizational level above and one level below to assure we are focusing on the appropriate level given the diversity within organizations.
4. Sourcing/Qualifying
An initial determination is made as to the fit for the position and their level of interest by telephone. If not qualified or interested in the position, each person is sourced for referrals.
5. Resume Review and Presentation
Once resumes are received, complete profiles are developed and final determination of qualifications is made. For those considered appropriate, a detailed standard format is prepared and submitted for your review.
6. Face to Face Interviews
We are available to arrange interviews as needed. Each candidate will be fully briefed as to the requirements of the position.
7. Negotiation of Offer
Our in-depth knowledge and experience in the marketplace are invaluable to you as the sometimes sensitive negotiating begins. At this point in the search we can help resolve any contract or compensation issues as well as obtain any additional references or background checks necessary.
8. Follow-Up
We feel it is important to maintain contact with the client and employee to assure a smooth transition.
